Reroute Careers Pvt. Ltd. ("Reroute", "we", "us") operates rerouteupsc.com and provides career transition services for ex-UPSC aspirants. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Profile data: UPSC attempt history, target industry, and career background you provide during onboarding or service intake.
- Payment data: transaction references processed via Razorpay. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
- Usage data: support tickets, service delivery records, and audit logs related to your account.

- To deliver the services you purchase (mentoring, resume guidance, mock interviews).
- To communicate about bookings, payments, and support requests.
- To improve our platform and customer experience.

Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel. Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) when you sign in. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS).
